I recieved the opportunity to intern for two terms at the Austin Hatcher Foundation, a national 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization based in Chattanooga, Tennessee that provides free, integrative, evidencebased,comprehensive care to children with cancer and their family. TheFoundation empowers families to succeed beyond a cancer diagnosisthrough innovative mental, behavioral, and social therapies, educationalresources, and family-centered programs.

As a part of my internship, I aided in redesigning the homepage and several other pages of the Austin Hatcher Foundation’s website alongside my supervisor. Aligning with one of the foundation’s core missions, providing community, the primary focus of this redesign was a user-friendly experience by elevating both the visual and functional aspects of the website.

BUBBLES OF FUN RUN
The Bubbles of Fun Run is an annual fundraising event for the Austin Hatcher Foundation. To help promote this event, we created a toolkit including social media posts for corporate partners to share. The posts created utilize the event’s fun and eyecatching color palette to express the family-friendly aspect of the races. I created four versions of the graphic to allow our partners to spread awareness on different platforms; LinkedIn/Facebook, Instagram feed, Instagram story, and email.

HATCHER CLASSIC GOLF TOURNAMENT
Hatcher Classic is an annual golf tournament fundraiser for the Austin Hatcher Foundation. Being a non-profit organization, AHF hosts several fundraising events every year. During my time interning with the foundation, it has been important to us that each event fits into AHF’s branding yet still feels like its own event. For Hatcher Classic’s rebranding, this proposed logo uses AHF’s color palette and brand fonts in a way that is unique to the event.
